Sebagai bentuk apresiasi terhadap seni yang bersifat universal, Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, Ema Rachmawati turut mengucapkan Selamat Hari Tari Internasional yang diperingati setiap tanggal 29 April. Kepala madrasah berharap bakat-bakat seni peserta didik MAN 5 Bogor, khususnya dalam seni tari dapat terus dikembangkan di bawah binaan guru seni lulusan Bandung, Linda Damayanti.
Perlu diketahui bahwa Hari Tari Internasional dirayakan secara global setiap 29 April. Hari ini diprakarsai oleh Komite Tari Institut Teater Internasional (ITI) pada tahun 1982. Tanggal ini dipilih untuk memperingati hari kelahiran pencipta balet modern, Jean-Georges Noverre.

Tujuan ditetapkannya Hari Tari Internasional adalah untuk mempromosikan tari di seluruh dunia dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan nilai-nilai penting tari dalam kehidupan. Selain itu, hari ini juga dibuat untuk merayakan keragaman tari dan bakat penari yang menakjubkan dari seluruh dunia.
