Menumbuhkan Kepedulian Melalui Zakat Fitrah
Parungpanjang, 6 Maret 2026 — Kegiatan Pesantren Ramadan hari kelima di MAN 5 Bogor ditutup dengan materi pamungkas yang disampaikan oleh Ruhdana, S.Pd.I. Pada kesempatan tersebut, beliau mengangkat tema tentang zakat fitrah sebagai salah satu kewajiban yang harus ditunaikan oleh setiap muslim menjelang Hari Raya Idulfitri.
Dalam pemaparannya, Ruhdana menjelaskan bahwa zakat fitrah merupakan zakat yang wajib dikeluarkan oleh setiap muslim pada akhir bulan Ramadan sebagai bentuk penyucian diri setelah melaksanakan ibadah puasa. Kewajiban ini berlaku bagi seluruh umat Islam, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan, dewasa maupun anak-anak, selama mereka memiliki kelebihan rezeki untuk kebutuhan pada malam dan hari raya Idulfitri.
Baca Lainnya : Lebih lanjut dijelaskan bahwa zakat fitrah dikeluarkan dalam bentuk makanan pokok yang biasa dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat, seperti beras, dengan ukuran sekitar 1 sha’ atau setara kurang lebih 2,5 kilogram atau sekitar 3,5 liter. Waktu pelaksanaan zakat fitrah dimulai sejak awal bulan Ramadan hingga sebelum dilaksanakannya Salat Idulfitri, dan waktu yang paling utama adalah sebelum salat tersebut dilaksanakan.
Ruhdana juga menekankan bahwa zakat fitrah memiliki tujuan dan hikmah yang sangat mulia, yaitu untuk menyucikan jiwa orang yang berpuasa dari kesalahan dan kekurangan selama menjalankan ibadah puasa, sekaligus membantu kaum fakir dan miskin agar mereka dapat merasakan kebahagiaan pada hari raya.
Melalui penyampaian materi ini, para peserta Pesantren Ramadan diharapkan dapat memahami bahwa zakat fitrah tidak hanya memiliki nilai ibadah kepada Allah SWT, tetapi juga mengandung nilai sosial yang tinggi dalam kehidupan umat Islam, yaitu menumbuhkan kepedulian, kebersamaan, dan rasa empati terhadap sesama.
