Bandung, 01 November 2025 – MAN 5 Bogor kembali menunjukkan kiprahnya sebagai madrasah berprestasi, tidak hanya unggul dalam bidang akademik, tetapi juga aktif mengukir prestasi di bidang non-akademik, khususnya olahraga bela diri. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui keberhasilan para atletnya meraih medali dalam ajang Kejuaraan Nasional BKC (Bandung Karate Club) 2025 Piala Wakil Menteri Pertahanan Republik Indonesia yang digelar di GOR C-Tra Arena, Bandung, pada 29 Oktober hingga 1 November 2025.
Dalam kejuaraan bergengsi tingkat nasional ini, MAN 5 Bogor mengirimkan 11 atlet yang terdiri dari 3 anggota Badan Pengurus Harian (BPH) dan 8 anggota ekstrakurikuler bela diri karate.
Baca Lainnya : Keikutsertaan mereka menjadi ajang pembuktian sekaligus wadah untuk mengasah kemampuan dan memperkuat mental juara di kancah nasional. Tujuan utama keikutsertaan dalam kejuaraan ini adalah untuk mengukur kemampuan diri, menguji keterampilan yang telah dikuasai, serta membandingkan kemampuan dengan atlet dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga berfungsi sebagai wadah pembinaan karakter, menumbuhkan sportivitas, kedisiplinan, dan kepercayaan diri, serta mempererat silaturahmi antarperguruan dan daerah.
Dalam kejuaraan tersebut, para atlet MAN 5 Bogor berhasil menorehkan prestasi gemilang dengan raihan sebagai berikut: (1) Nayla Oktaviani – Emas (Kumite Perorangan MA +59 kg Putri), (2) Sabrina Indana Zulfa Elhaq – Perunggu (Kumite Perorangan MA -53 kg Putri), (3) Eca Amalia Putri – Perunggu (Kumite Perorangan MA -53 kg Putri), (4) Meisya Putri Ayu – Perunggu (Kumite Perorangan MA -48 kg Putri) dan (5) M. Kaizenta Abi Siswono – Perunggu (Kumite Perorangan MA -76 kg Putra).
Selain para peraih medali, atlet lainnya seperti M. Restu Fajrian, Azzah Aqilah Pulungan, Yuaningtyas Quinta Azhar, Regita Via Lenia, Ulva Uswatul Hasanah, M. Fathiridzan, dan Dwi Aldila Putri juga turut memberikan penampilan terbaiknya dengan penuh semangat dan sportivitas.
Pembina sekaligus pelatih ekstrakurikuler bela diri MAN 5 Bogor, Erik Supriatna, S.Pd., menyampaikan apresiasi dan kebanggaannya atas pencapaian para atlet binaannya. "Kami sangat mengapresiasi semangat dan kerja keras seluruh peserta. Kejuaraan ini bukan hanya tentang medali, tetapi tentang proses pembentukan karakter dan mental juara. Semoga prestasi ini menjadi motivasi bagi siswa lain untuk terus berlatih dan berprestasi,” ujarnya.
Partisipasi MAN 5 Bogor dalam kejuaraan nasional ini menjadi bukti nyata komitmen madrasah dalam mengembangkan potensi siswa di berbagai bidang, serta meneguhkan perannya sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang mendorong tumbuhnya generasi unggul, tangguh, dan berprestasi bagi bangsa dan agama.
