Bogor, 9 Desember 2024 – Kepala MAN 5 Bogor memimpin briefing tim manajemen madrasah pada Senin pagi (9/12) untuk mempersiapkan dan mengawal berbagai agenda penting menjelang akhir semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2024-2025. Pertemuan berlangsung di ruang kepala madrasah dari pukul 08.00 hingga 09.45 WIB, dihadiri oleh tim manajemen yang terdiri atas Kepala Madrasah, Kepala Tata Usaha, Wakil Kepala Bidang Kurikulum, Wakil Kepala Bidang Kesiswaan, Wakil Kepala Bidang Sarana dan Prasarana, serta Wakil Kepala Bidang Humas.
Dalam arahannya, Kepala MAN 5 Bogor menekankan pentingnya pengawalan yang cermat terhadap agenda padat di penghujung semester. Agenda tersebut meliputi pelaksanaan class meeting (Inspira Fest ), proses input nilai rapor, pembagian rapor, kegiatan family gathering , hingga acara teawalk dalam rangka memperingati Hari Amal Bakti (HAB) Kementerian Agama 2025. Selain itu, pemberian beasiswa kepada siswa berprestasi tingkat nasional juga menjadi prioritas sebagai bentuk apresiasi atas capaian mereka.
Baca Lainnya : “Setiap agenda ini memiliki peran strategis dalam menciptakan pengalaman berkesan bagi siswa dan memperkuat hubungan antarwarga madrasah. Untuk itu, perlu koordinasi yang baik agar semuanya berjalan lancar,” ujar Kepala MAN 5 Bogor.
Dalam kesempatan ini, Kepala Madrasah juga menyoroti pentingnya membangun komunikasi yang efektif dengan komite madrasah untuk mendukung kelancaran setiap kegiatan. Sinergi yang erat dengan komite dinilai sebagai salah satu kunci sukses dalam pelaksanaan program-program madrasah, terutama pada momen-momen penting seperti ini.
Lebih lanjut, Kepala MAN 5 Bogor mengingatkan tim untuk memastikan ketertiban administrasi selama proses input nilai rapor dan pembagian rapor. Semua harus sesuai jadwal dan panduan yang telah ditetapkan. “Proses ini harus dijalankan dengan penuh tanggung jawab agar hasil kerja kita benar-benar optimal,” tambahnya.
Selain itu, beliau mengajak seluruh tim untuk menjadikan family gathering dan teawalk sebagai momen kebersamaan yang mampu memperkuat hubungan kekeluargaan antarwarga madrasah. “Melalui kegiatan ini, kita tidak hanya memperingati HAB, tetapi juga mempererat silaturahmi dan kebersamaan,” tutupnya.
Dengan briefing ini, MAN 5 Bogor berharap seluruh tim manajemen dapat bekerja sama dengan maksimal untuk memastikan setiap agenda terlaksana dengan sukses dan memberikan dampak positif bagi seluruh warga madrasah. [Jube]
