Parungpanjang, 20 Juni 2024 – Menjelang pembagian rapor semester genap, Pelaksana Tugas (Plt.) Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 5 Bogor, Bapak Safwan Maulana, mengadakan briefing bersama para wali kelas di laboratorium komputer madrasah. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memastikan proses pembagian rapor berjalan lancar dan sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan.
Dalam sambutannya, Bapak Safwan Maulana menyampaikan pentingnya peran wali kelas dalam menjaga komunikasi antara madrasah dan orang tua siswa. "Wali kelas merupakan ujung tombak dalam menyampaikan informasi perkembangan akademik dan non-akademik siswa kepada orang tua. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi kita semua untuk memastikan setiap detail dalam rapor tersampaikan dengan jelas dan akurat," ujar Bapak Safwan.
Baca Lainnya : Beliau juga menekankan pentingnya kejujuran dan transparansi dalam penilaian siswa. "Rapor cerminan dari usaha dan prestasi dan perilaku siswa selama satu semester. Kita harus memberikan penilaian yang objektif dan adil, serta siap memberikan penjelasan apabila ada orang tua yang memerlukan klarifikasi," tambahnya.
Selama briefing, para wali kelas diberikan arahan tentang teknis pembagian rapor, termasuk penjadwalan pertemuan dengan orang tua, tata cara penyampaian informasi, dan penanganan keluhan atau pertanyaan yang mungkin timbul. Selain itu, Bapak Safwan juga menitipkan agar wali kelas juga menyampaikan tata tertib yang harus ditaati oleh peserta didik termasuk sanksi poin yang dikenakan jika melanggar tata tertib.
Dengan briefing ini, diharapkan para wali kelas MAN 5 Bogor siap melaksanakan tugas mereka dengan baik dan mampu menjalin komunikasi yang efektif dengan orang tua siswa, sehingga proses pembagian rapor semester genap dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan sukses.
