Keterangan Gambar : Kepala MAN 5 Bogor menyerahkan sedekah dan meyalami salah seorang penerima
Acara yang digelar dengan penuh khidmat ini bertempat di musholla madrasah mulai pukul 10.00 s.d 11.15. Mengawali rangkaian pagi ini seluruh hadirin yang terdiri dari jajaran manajemen madrasah -kepala madrasah, kepala Tata Usaha, empat orang wakil kepala madrasah, pembina OSIS dan 60 orang penerima sedekah bersama-sama melantunkan sholawat kepada Baginda Nabi Muhammad SAW.

Dalam sambutannya kepala MAN 5 Bogor, bu Ema Rachmawati menyampaikan ucapan terimakasih yang tidak terhingga kepada para tamu yang sudah berkenan datang memenuhi undangan pihak madrasah. "esensi dari even ini semata mengingatkan kepada kita semua bahwa dalam harta yang kita miliki Allah menitipkan hak orang lain, yaitu hak fuqoro wal masakin. even ini juga merupakan ajang melatih kepedulian kita terhadap sesama terutama kaum dhu'afa yang di sekkitar kita", pungasnya.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, kepala MAN 5 Bogor juga memberikan bonus tambahan kepada anak-anak yatim yang berani duduk di depan. Mereka pun tampak antusias dan bahagia. Hal ini merupakan trik kepala MAN 5 Bogor agar anak-anak ini memiliki rasa percaya diri.
Salah satu penerima sedekah, bu Icot menyampaikan rasa terimakasihnya kepada kepala MAN 5 Bogor atas sedekah yang diberikan dan ia merasa terharu karena diperlakukan secara hormat ketika bermushofahah.
