Dalam laporannya, Ketua Panitia Pesantren Kilat, A. Adji Kosasih mengatakan kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan rutin yang kita laksanakan dan akan dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan Safari Ramadhan, kegiatan pesantren kilat pada saat ini mengangkat tema "Puasaku Totalitas, Ramadhanku Berkualitas dan Belajarku Tuntas" , Terdapat beberapa materi yang akan diberikan kepada peserta pesantren oleh pemateri yang kompeten di bidangnya yang tentunya akan semakin membantu dan menguatkan peserta pesantren dalam merealisasikan tema pesantren kilat pada saat ini.
Baca Lainnya : Bu Ema Rachmawati selaku Kepala Madrasah, dalam sambutan menuturkan, kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan pembinaan dan pendalaman iman dengan tema yang sangat kongkrit akan pelaksanaan kehidupan sebagai warga madrasah, kata totalitas, berkualitas dan tuntas merupakan kata-kata yang sering didengar dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, maka dari itu harus mampu menerapkan dan melaksanakan dengan baik dari tema pesantren kilat.
Pada kegiatan Pesantren Kilat tahun ini diikuti oleh sebanyak 576 peserta yang terdiri dari 288 peserta kelas X dan 288 peserta kelas XI. Kegiatan pembukaan pesantren kilat berlangsung dari pukul 08:00 s.d. 10:00 WIB, setelah acara pembukaan selesai, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan dengan pemberian materi dan kemudian Sholat Dzuhur Berjamaah di Mussholla MAN 5 Bogor.
