Parungpanjang, 15 Juni 2023 -- Visi misi MAN 5 Bogor di bawah pimpinan kepala madrasah, Ema Rahmawati semakin banyak yang terealisasi dalam wujud berbagai program kegiatan yang berdampak positif bagi seluruh stakeholder madrasah. Seperti yang terlihat kamis pagi pertengahan Juni di MAN 5 Bogor yang ramai dengan aktivitas peserta didik di lapangan olahraga yang tengah melaksanakan Class Meeting dengan berbagai mata lomba yang diadakan oleh Pengurus OSIS sebagai agenda rutin pasca kegiatan Penilaian Akhir Tahun.
Akan tetapi keriuhan geliat aktivitas peserta didik bukan hanya kegiatan Class Meeting. Perpustakaan MAN 5 Bogor atau yang sering disingkat dengan PERPUSMANLIBO mengadakan kegiatan positif yang melatih dan menumbuhkembangkan kreativitas siswa, khususnya dalam hal membatik dan tata rias.

Kegiatan keren dan inovatif ini merupakan kerjasama antara Perpustakaan MAN 5 Bogor yang dikepalai oleh Novia Istiqomah dengan Moel Rias. Tentu saja kegiatan yang mengasah skill dan jiwa seni ini didukung sepenuhnya oleh kepala madrasah, Ema Rachmawati. Beliau menyatakan bahwa kegiatan ini akan membawa manfaat bagi siswa-siswi peserta pelatihan sehingga mereka memiliki jiwa wirausaha sedari dini.
Tajuk kegiatan kali ini adalah "KREASI BERSAMA PERPUSMANLIBO DALAM MEMBUAT BATIK JUMPUTAN DAN BEAUTY CLASS WITH MOEL RIAS".
Batik Jumputan(Ikat celup ) atau dalam bahasa inggris dikenal tie- dye dan dalam bahasa jepang dikenal shibori. Batik jumputan dihasilkan dengan cara mengikat kencang pada beberapa bagian kain menggunakan koin, kelereng, bola dan lain-lain. Bisa juga dengan menjahit beberapa bagian kain membentuk pola kemudian celupkan bagian tersebut pada pewarnaa pakaian dan buka ikatan atau jahitannya. Hasilnya gradasi warna akan mengikuti pola dan terlihat serasi.
Adapun kreasi "Beauty Class with MOEL rias (Graduation Look) adalah semacam pelatihan singkat yang diikuti oleh peserta didik dalam hal kecantikan diri yaitu make up, baik itu daily make up, make up flawless, atau make up untuk kepentingan photoshoot, pernikahan maupun wisuda dan menambah wawasan dalam menggunakan berbagai macam jenis kosmetik.
Yang menjadi instruktur dalam kegiatan beauty class ini adalah MUA Profesional sekaligus pengusaha EO/WO pemilik Syalwa Tenda, yaitu Moelrias.
