Bogor, 17 Januari 2025 – Ekstrakurikuler pencak silat MAN 5 Bogor kembali mengadakan latihan rutin pada Jumat sore, 17 Januari 2025. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di lapangan utama sekolah, dimulai pukul 15.45 hingga 17.00 WIB, dengan pembina olahraga Erik Supriatna sebagai pelatih utama.
Latihan kali ini difokuskan pada penguasaan teknik dasar pencak silat, termasuk sikap pasang, pukulan, dan tendangan dasar. Sesi diawali dengan pemanasan untuk meningkatkan kelenturan tubuh dan mencegah cedera, dilanjutkan dengan praktik gerakan secara individu dan berpasangan.
Dalam arahannya, Erik Supriatna menekankan pentingnya konsistensi dan disiplin dalam berlatih. “Pencak silat bukan hanya soal bela diri, tetapi juga membentuk mental yang kuat, disiplin, dan menghormati lawan. Ini adalah nilai-nilai yang harus kalian pegang sebagai pendekar muda,” ujar Erik.
Baca Lainnya : Peserta tampak bersemangat mengikuti setiap instruksi. Mereka mempraktikkan teknik pukulan dan tendangan dengan formasi melingkar, sambil mendapat koreksi langsung dari pembina. Latihan diakhiri dengan simulasi gerakan kombinasi untuk menguji kelincahan dan respons anggota.
Salah satu peserta, Hana, mengungkapkan antusiasmenya, “Saya sangat senang ikut ekskul ini. Selain belajar bela diri, kami juga diajarkan nilai-nilai kedisiplinan dan kerja sama.”
Ekstrakurikuler pencak silat MAN 5 Bogor tidak hanya bertujuan mengasah keterampilan bela diri, tetapi juga melestarikan warisan budaya Indonesia. Kegiatan ini menjadi wadah bagi siswa untuk menyalurkan energi positif, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, dan memperkuat kebugaran fisik.
Dengan antusiasme para peserta dan bimbingan yang konsisten, ekskul pencak silat MAN 5 Bogor diharapkan mampu mencetak generasi muda yang tangguh dan berprestasi di bidang olahraga bela diri. [Humas]
