Bogor, 29 Desember 2023 - Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 5 Bogor mengukir prestasi gemilang dalam kegiatan pertandingan silat tingkat nasional yang berlangsung selama dua hari di GOR Kota Tangerang, Kamis-Jumat, 28-29 Desember 2023. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh berbagai sekolah dan madrasah dari seluruh Indonesia.
Tim silat MAN 5 Bogor berhasil menorehkan sejumlah pencapaian luar biasa dalam berbagai kategori pertandingan. Mereka menunjukkan keahlian dan ketangguhan dalam setiap gerakan, meraih medali emas, perak, dan perunggu di beragam nomor pertandingan yang dilombakan.
Ketua Tim Silat MAN 5 Bogor, Bapak Erik Supriatna, menyampaikan kebanggaannya atas prestasi yang diraih oleh para siswa. "Kami sangat bangga dengan dedikasi dan kerja keras para siswa dalam menghadapi persaingan tingkat nasional ini. Mereka telah menunjukkan semangat juang yang tinggi dan tidak kenal lelah dalam mempersembahkan yang terbaik bagi sekolah," ujarnya dengan penuh kegembiraan.
Salah seorang anggota tim silat MAN 5 Bogor, Siti Aenurpiah kelas XII IPS 1, yang berhasil meraih medali perak dalam nomor tanding tunggal putri, menyampaikan perasaannya, "Ini adalah pengalaman yang luar biasa bagi saya. Saya bersyukur atas dukungan tim dan pelatih yang telah membimbing kami dengan baik untuk mencapai prestasi ini."
Prestasi gemilang yang diraih oleh MAN 5 Bogor ini memberikan semangat baru bagi siswa-siswi untuk terus berprestasi dan mengharumkan nama sekolah di berbagai ajang kompetisi di masa mendatang.
Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, bu Ema Rachmawati mengapresiasi pencapaian para atlet silat MAN 5 Bogor. Beliau berharap, prestasi ini menjadi motivasi untuk meningkatkan semangat juang yang tak kenal lelah, MAN 5 Bogor berkomitmen untuk terus mengembangkan bakat dan kemampuan siswa di bidang olahraga, serta menjaga prestasi yang telah diraih sebagai bagian dari pembentukan karakter siswa yang berkualitas.
