Parung Panjang, 3 Juni 2025 — Suasana lapangan MAN 5 Bogor pagi ini menjadi semakin semarak usai pelaksanaan upacara peringatan Hari Jadi Bogor ke-543. Dalam momen penuh apresiasi, madrasah memberikan penghargaan kepada tujuh siswa berprestasi yang berhasil meraih juara dalam ajang UPI CUP V Tingkat Nasional cabang olahraga karate, yang telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30 Mei s.d. 1 Juni 2025 di Kampus Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Bandung, Jawa Barat.
Penghargaan berupa medali kehormatan dan sertifikat juara diberikan langsung oleh Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, Bapak Safwan Maulana, M.Pd, didampingi oleh Wakil Kepala Bidang Kesiswaan, Kurikulum, dan Humas. Seluruh warga madrasah turut menyaksikan momen istimewa ini sebagai bentuk dukungan dan rasa bangga atas prestasi yang telah diraih.

Dalam kesempatan ini, Bapak Safwan Maulana menyampaikan rasa bangga dan apresiasi atas dedikasi serta semangat juang para siswa dan pembina olahraga pak Erik Supriatna, S.S dalam mengharumkan nama madrasah di tingkat nasional.
“Prestasi ini adalah hasil dari kerja keras, kedisiplinan, dan semangat juang yang luar biasa. Kami berharap capaian ini bisa menjadi inspirasi bagi seluruh siswa MAN 5 Bogor untuk terus mengembangkan potensi mereka di berbagai bidang, baik akademik maupun non-akademik,” ujar beliau.
Pemberian penghargaan ini menjadi bagian dari komitmen madrasah dalam mendorong terciptanya generasi yang tidak hanya unggul dalam akademik, tetapi juga berprestasi dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler serta menjunjung tinggi sportivitas. (Humas)
