Bogor, 23 September 2025 – Manajemen MAN 5 Bogor mengikuti kegiatan Evaluasi Tenaga Kependidikan Madrasah yang digelar oleh Kantor Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Barat. Acara ini berlangsung di MTsN 3 Bogor, Karadenan, dan dihadiri oleh perwakilan madrasah se-Kabupaten Bogor.
Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut dari MAN 5 Bogor yaitu Kepala Madrasah Bapak Safwan Maulana, Kepala Tata Usaha Ibu Waryati, Wakil Kepala Bidang Kurikulum Bapak Indra Parimarma, Wakil Kepala Bidang Kesiswaan yang diwakili oleh Pembina OSIS Bapak Iwan Tiswan, Wakil Kepala Bidang Sarana dan Prasarana Bapak H. Mahfud Siradjudin, serta Wakil Kepala Bidang Humas Ibu Jubaedah.
Baca Lainnya : Kegiatan resmi dibuka oleh Kepala Seksi Pendidikan Madrasah (Kasi Dikmad) Kemenag Kabupaten Bogor. Selanjutnya, materi utama disampaikan oleh Ketua Tim Penmad Kanwil Kemenag Jawa Barat, Bapak Abdul Hamid. Beliau menekankan pentingnya regulasi yang tertuang dalam Juknis Pengangkatan Guru sebagai Wakil Kepala Madrasah (Kemenag RI, 2020).
Dalam pemaparannya, Abdul Hamid mengingatkan kembali mekanisme pengangkatan, pemberhentian, serta syarat-syarat yang harus dipenuhi oleh guru yang diberi tugas tambahan sebagai wakil kepala madrasah. Beliau juga menyampaikan bahwa dalam waktu dekat akan diadakan diklat khusus bagi Wakil Kepala Bidang Humas terkait public speaking guna meningkatkan kapasitas komunikasi publik madrasah.
Sesi tanya jawab berlangsung aktif, membahas berbagai isu teknis, di antaranya tentang batas usia wakil kepala madrasah yang sudah melampaui ketentuan, serta mekanisme persuratan yang dilakukan oleh wakil kepala madrasah kemudian dikoreksi serta diberi nomor oleh bagian Tata Usaha.
Melalui kegiatan evaluasi ini, MAN 5 Bogor berharap dapat semakin memperkuat tata kelola tenaga kependidikan dan meningkatkan kualitas manajemen madrasah sehingga mampu memberikan layanan pendidikan yang lebih optimal bagi peserta didik. (Humas)
