Parung Panjang (Humas MAN 5 Bogor), 4 Februari 2026 — MAN 5 Bogor kembali melaksanakan kegiatan rutin RAHAJA (Rabu Sehat dan Ceria) pada Rabu, 4 Februari 2026. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di Lapangan MAN 5 Bogor dan diikuti oleh seluruh peserta didik kelas XII dengan penuh antusias.
RAHAJA merupakan program pembiasaan madrasah yang dilaksanakan setiap hari Rabu sebagai upaya menanamkan pola hidup sehat serta menjaga kebugaran jasmani peserta didik. Pada pelaksanaan kali ini, kegiatan diisi dengan senam bersama yang dipimpin oleh peserta didik kelas XII.F, berlangsung secara terkoordinasi dan penuh semangat.
Baca Lainnya : Selain bertujuan untuk menjaga kesehatan fisik, kegiatan RAHAJA juga menjadi sarana mempererat kebersamaan, meningkatkan semangat belajar, serta membangun kekompakan dan kedisiplinan antar peserta didik. Suasana kegiatan terlihat meriah namun tetap tertib, mencerminkan semangat positif warga madrasah dalam mengikuti program pembiasaan sehat.
Pihak madrasah berharap kegiatan RAHAJA dapat terus dilaksanakan secara konsisten sebagai bagian dari pembentukan karakter peserta didik yang sehat, aktif, dan berkepribadian positif, sekaligus mendukung terciptanya lingkungan madrasah yang sehat dan kondusif. (Red. Humas)
