Parungpanjang, 7 Februari 2024 - Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 5 Bogor mengadakan kegiatan pembiasaan sarapan pagi bagi para siswa sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya konsumsi sarapan sebelum memulai aktivitas belajar.
Kegiatan ini diadakan sebagai bagian dari program kesejahteraan siswa yang bertujuan untuk memperbaiki pola makan dan gaya hidup sehat di kalangan remaja. Kegiatan pembiasaan ini dilakukan setelah kegiatan rutin setiap pagi yaitu murottal al-kahfi, dhuha dan doa bersama di lapangan atau sesuai kondisi cuaca di MAN 5 Bogor. Para siswa menyambut gembira program pembiasaan baru ini. Pagi ini cuaca gerimis, maka usai shloat dhuha semua siswa masuk ke kelas masing-masing dan sarapan bersama didampingi oleh wali kelas.

Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, bu Ema Rachmawati, memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai dampak positif sarapan pagi terhadap kesehatan fisik dan mental. "Sarapan pagi yang seimbang dapat memberikan energi yang dibutuhkan tubuh untuk memulai aktivitas sehari-hari, meningkatkan konsentrasi di sekolah, dan mendorong pola makan yang lebih sehat," jelasnya. Bu Ema juga, menyampaikan harapannya agar kegiatan ini dapat menjadi langkah awal bagi siswa untuk membiasakan sarapan pagi secara teratur. "Kesehatan siswa adalah prioritas utama kami. Dengan memperkenalkan pentingnya sarapan pagi sejak dini, kami berharap dapat membantu mereka mengembangkan kebiasaan hidup sehat yang akan berdampak positif dalam jangka panjang," ujarnya.
Para siswa pun merespons positif acara ini. Amel, seorang siswi kelas XII, mengaku terinspirasi untuk mulai menyempatkan waktu sarapan setiap pagi setelah mendengarkan penyuluhan dan mencoba sendiri menu sarapan sehat yang disajikan. "Saya biasanya melewatkan sarapan karena terburu-buru, tapi sekarang saya sadar betapa pentingnya sarapan pagi. Saya akan mencoba untuk melakukannya setiap hari," tuturnya.
Kegiatan pembiasaan sarapan pagi di MAN 5 Bogor diharapkan dapat menjadi contoh bagi sekolah lain dalam mendorong gaya hidup sehat di kalangan remaja. Dengan memulai dari hal-hal kecil seperti sarapan pagi, diharapkan dapat membentuk pola hidup yang lebih baik bagi generasi muda.
