MAN 5 Bogor terus bergerak!!
Sejak ditetapkan sebagai madrasah yang harus melaksanakan reformasi birokrasi melalui pencanangan Zona Integritas menuju tercapainya kondisi Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi/WBK dan Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani / WBBM, MAN 5 Bogor melalui semua stakeholder yang ada terus bergerak, bersiap, dan melaksanakan berbagai perencanaan, pelaksanaan hingga evaluasi program reformasi birokrasi. Salah satunya adalah melalui Forum Rapat Koordinasi 6 Pokja ZI di hari pertama masuk kerja pasca cuti bersama Idul Fitri. Rapat dipimipin langsung oleh Kepala Satker MAN 5 Bogor, Ema Rachmawati, dan dihadiri oleh Kepala Tata Usaha, Waryati ; Waka Kurikulum Enung Yusi ; Waka Kesiswaan Moh Syahlan ; Waka Sarpras H. Machfud Siradjuddin, Waka Humas Indra Parimarma ; Sekretaris Tim ZI Syahroni, dan seluruh koordinator dan anggota Pokja Reformasi MAN 5 Bogor.
Reformasi birokrasi merupakan sebuah proses perubahan yang dilaksanakan secara bertahap, sistematis, dan berkesinambungan dalam rangka menciptakan tata kelola pemerintahan yang bersih, meningkatkan pelayanan publik, kapasitas dan akuntabilitas kinerja birokrasi dan profesionalisme SDM.
Tindak lanjut atas adanya Reformasi Birokrasi adalah pencanangan Zona Integritas berdasarkan Permenpan-RB Nomor 10 Tahun 2019 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 52 Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Pembangunan Zona Integritas Menuju WBK dan WBBM di Lingkungan Instansi Pemerintah. Pencanangan Zona Integritas (ZI) merupakan kegiatan instansi pemerintah yang pimpinan dan jajarannya mempunyai komitmen untuk mewujudkan tindakan pencegahan korupsi dan peningkatan pelayanan publik untuk masyarakat.
Tahap-tahap pembangunan zona integritas terdiri dari Pencanangan ZI dimana kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan secara terbuka dan dipublikasikan secara luas dengan maksud agar semua pihak termasuk masyarakat dapat memantau, mengawal, mengawasi dan berperan serta dalam program kegiatan reformasi birokrasi khususnya di bidang pencegahan korupsi dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik. Terdapat dua komponen yang harus dibangun oleh instansi pemerintah dalam pembangunan zona integritas menuju WBK/WBBM, yaitu Komponen Pengungkit dan Komponen Hasil.
Komponen Pengungkit terdiri dari enam komponen yang harus dibangun yaitu:
1. Manajemen Perubahan,
2. Penataan Tatalaksana,
3. Penataan Sistem Manajemen SDM,
4. Penguatan Akuntabilitas Kinerja,
5. Penguatan Pengawasan, dan
6. Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik.
Sedangkan Komponen Hasil merupakan sasaran hasil pembangunan Zona Integritas menuju WBK/WBBM, yang terdiri dari (1) Terwujudnya Pemerintahan yang Bersih dan Bebas KKN, dan (2) Terwujudnya Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik kepada Masyarakat.
Tercapainya komponen hasil ini tergantung pada keberhasilan penerapan komponen pengungkit. Dengan demikian, komponen pengungkit menjadi faktor penentu pencapaian sasaran hasil pembangunan Zona Integritas menuju WBK/WBBM. (Indra Parimarma)
