Parung Panjang, 3 Desember 2024 – Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, Safwan Maulana, M.Pd menggelar briefing khusus untuk para petugas keamanan sekolah pada Senin pagi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan satpam baru, Pak Slamet, yang menggantikan satpam sebelumnya, serta menyampaikan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) terbaru guna meningkatkan semangat kerja para petugas keamanan.
Dalam briefing tersebut, Kepala MAN 5 Bogor menekankan pentingnya peran satpam dalam menjaga keamanan dan kenyamanan lingkungan madrasah. Satpam bukan hanya pelindung fisik, tetapi juga figur penting yang turut menciptakan rasa aman bagi seluruh warga madrasah.
“Keamanan adalah prioritas utama. Saya berharap Pak Suhendi dan Pak Slamet dapat bekerja sama dengan baik, saling mendukung, dan terus memberikan yang terbaik untuk madrasah ini,” ujar Kepala MAN 5 Bogor.
Baca Lainnya : Pak Slamet, yang baru bergabung, akan bekerja bergantian dengan Pak Suhendi, sesuai jadwal yang telah disusun. Keduanya akan bertugas dalam pola kerja rotasi, yaitu dua hari shift siang dan tiga hari shift malam. Jadwal ini diharapkan memberikan efisiensi dan keseimbangan kerja bagi para satpam.
Pak Slamet menyampaikan rasa syukurnya atas kesempatan yang diberikan dan berkomitmen untuk menjalankan tugasnya dengan penuh tanggung jawab. “Saya berterima kasih atas kepercayaan ini dan siap bekerja sama demi keamanan dan kenyamanan seluruh warga MAN 5 Bogor,” ujarnya.
Briefing ini juga menjadi ajang penyegaran SOP bagi kedua satpam. Kepala madrasah menegaskan kembali beberapa aturan penting, seperti prosedur masuk dan keluar kendaraan, pengawasan area sekolah, serta tata cara menghadapi situasi darurat.
Dengan kehadiran Pak Slamet dan briefing yang dilakukan, diharapkan semangat kerja dan koordinasi para petugas keamanan semakin baik, sehingga MAN 5 Bogor terus menjadi lingkungan belajar yang aman dan kondusif. [Jube ]
