Bogor — Komunitas Majelis Perwakilan Kelas Kabupaten Bogor (KMKB) Pusat menggelar kegiatan NextGen Leadership Meet and Serah Terima Jabatan (Sertijab) KMKB Gen-8 pada Sabtu, 21 Desember 2025 bertempat di Gedung DPRD Kabupaten Bogor. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh perwakilan MPK dari berbagai sekolah di Kabupaten Bogor.
MAN 5 Bogor turut berpartisipasi dengan mengirimkan delegasi siswa yang aktif dalam kegiatan organisasi.
Baca Lainnya : Adapun perwakilan MAN 5 Bogor yang mengikuti kegiatan tersebut antara lain Hanifah Calya Damayanti (XI.C), Sesilya Sahrani (XI.A), Alvira Ocktaviani (XI.F), Aufaa Putra Ramadhan (XI.E), M. Fardan Syahputra (XI.F), Najwa Demayonri (X.G), Daffa (X.H), Muhammad Ghopal (X.G), Putri Zahra Fadilah (X.G), dan Diah Syahri (X.G).
Kegiatan NextGen Leadership Meet and Sertijab KMKB Pusat Gen-8 bertujuan untuk mempererat persatuan dan sinergi antar MPK se-Kabupaten Bogor.
Melalui kegiatan ini, para peserta dibekali pemahaman mendalam mengenai peran, fungsi, serta tanggung jawab MPK dalam mendukung kegiatan dan kebijakan sekolah.
Selain itu, peserta juga mendapatkan pemaparan materi dari Bappedalitbang Kabupaten Bogor terkait perkembangan inovasi.
Materi ini menekankan pentingnya inovasi dalam dunia pendidikan dan organisasi, serta mendorong MPK untuk menjadi organisasi yang kreatif, adaptif, dan responsif terhadap perkembangan zaman.
Kegiatan semakin bermakna dengan adanya sesi tanya jawab dan sharing antar sekolah.
Dalam sesi ini, perwakilan MPK saling bertukar pengalaman terkait sistem kerja organisasi, program unggulan, serta tantangan yang dihadapi di sekolah masing-masing beserta solusi yang diterapkan. Diskusi berlangsung secara interaktif dan penuh antusiasme.
Tak hanya itu, kegiatan ini juga menghadirkan duta baca yang memberikan motivasi dan wawasan tentang pentingnya literasi di kalangan pelajar. Peserta diajak untuk meningkatkan minat baca serta memahami peran strategis MPK dalam menumbuhkan budaya literasi di lingkungan sekolah.
Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan NextGen Leadership Meet and Sertijab KMKB Pusat Gen-8 berlangsung dengan lancar, inspiratif, dan memberikan manfaat besar bagi peserta sebagai calon pemimpin muda yang berintegritas dan berdaya saing.
