Parungpanjang, 13 Mei 2023 -- Sabtu pagi di lapangan MAN 5 Bogor seperti biasanya ramai dengan siswa siswi yang mengikuti latihan Pramuka wajib dan ekstrakurikuler pilihan. Seperti diketahui bersama bahwa kepala madrasah, Ema Rachmawati sangat support terhadap berbagai kegiatan yang memiliki manfaat dalam hal pengembangan diri siswa sesuai dengar minat dan bakatnya masing-masing.
Seusai apel pagi yang diikuti oleh seluruh siswa siswi kelas X dan XI yang kesemuanya adalah anggota wajib Pramuka, latihan dilanjutkan secara terpisah sesuai dengan ekskul pilihan masing-masing. Pun hal nya sebagian siswa yang tergabung dalam Pasukan Khusus Pramuka Pangkalan MAN 5 Bogor melanjutkan aktivitas hari ini dengan latihan dalam rangka persiapan Demo Ekskul dalam kegiatan MATSAMA Juli mendatang.

Saat Humas menanyakan ke Kak Mahmudah, salah satu pembina Pramuka MANLIBO bahwa MATSAMA masih dua bulan lagi, Mahmudah menjawab bahwa waktu dua bulan dipergunakan untuk mematangkan latihan secara maksimal supaya mereka tim PASUS PRAMUKA bisa menampilkan yang terbaik dalam demo ekskul nantinya sehingga menarik minat siswa baru untuk mengikuti ekskul Pramuka dengan penuh kegembiraan.
Terkait MATSAMA, mungkin ada yang belum tahu tentang apa itu MATSAMA, Mahmudah lanjut menjelaskan bahwa MATSAMA adalah masa orientasi atau pengenalan bagi murid baru mengenai banyak hal tentang lingkungan madrasah, baik lingkungan belajar, pergaulan, maupun juga aktivitas pengembangan diri melalui ekskul. MATSAMA bertujuan mendorong siswa untuk bersikap proaktif dan termotivasi sehingga merasa bangga terhadap madrasah yang dipilihnya untuk kemudian bertanggung jawab menjaga nama baik dirinya, keluarganya dan almamaternya.
Sementara itu mantan Pembina Pramuka yang juga guru PPKn MANLIBO, Indra Parimarma menambahkan bahwa PASUS bagi ekskul Pramuka adalah Pasuka Khusus yang telah dilantik oleh Pembina dan Ka.Gudep untuk melaksanakan tugas secara cepat dan tepat, sehingga dalam setiap even kepramukaan atau bahkan even madrasah secara umum, PASUS Pramuka MANLIBO akan selalu siap melaksanakan semua tugas yang diembannya.
