Parungpanjang, 12 Juli 2023. Hari ini, Rabu 12/7 para wakil kepala MAN 5 Bogor memaparkan rencana kerja dan strategi pencapaian program pada acara rapat awal tahun pelajaran 2023-2024.
Wakil kepala bidang kurikulum, Yusi Suswanti, menyampaikan tehnik implementasi kurikulum merdeka fase E untuk kelas X. Di antara poin penting yang disampaikan adalah bahwa sebelum melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar, pendidik wajib melakukan asesmen diagnostik baik diagnosti kognitif maupun non kognitif untuk mengenal karakteristik peserta didik. Hal ini merupakan modal awal bagi pendidik untuk menentukan strategi pembelajaran selanjutnya. Yusi memberikan apresiasi yang besar kepada para koordinator dan tim projek karena telah menyelesaikan modul ajar P5P2RA sebelum masuk tahun ajaran baru. Yusi optimis, implementasi kurikulum merdeka di MAN 5 Bogor akan terlaksana dengan baik.

Pemaparan renstra selanjutnya oleh wakil kepala bidang kesiswaan, Indra Parimarma. Dengan lugas Indra menyampaikan beberapa rencana kerja yang akan dilakukan satu tahun ke depan, seperti penegasan kembali poin-poin pelanggaran untuk siswa, kebersihan dan sanksinya, pembiasaan sholat dluha bersama, sholat dzuhur dan ashar di madrasah.
Pemaparan dilanjutkan oleh wakil kepala bidang sarana dan prasarana, Moh. Syahlan. Rencana kerja dan strategi yang akan dilakukan oleh bidang sarana dan prasarana di antaranya adalah pembagian ruang kelas bagi peserta didik. Pemindahan tempat pembuangan sampah, penataan tempat parkir kendaraan bagi siswa, pengecatan ulang asrama, dan yang sedang berjalan adalah renovasi gedung TU. Sesuai arahan kepala MAN 5 Bogor, Syahlan rencananya akan mengganti kursi siswa dari kayu menjadi besi untuk kemudahan mobilitas, kerapihan dan kenyamanan peserta didik.
Selanjutnya pemaparan rencana kerja dan rencana strategi disampaikan oleh wakil kepala bidang humas, Jubaedah. Sesuai arahan kepala MAN 5 Bogor, ia menyampaikan beberapa rencana kerja dan strategi yang akan dilakukan satu tahun ke depan di antaranya adalah meningkatkan visibilitas madrasah melalui platform media sosial resmi MAN 5 Bogor, seperti website (Portal MAN), instagram (man5bogor_official), YouTube (man5bogor_official), Facebook (man5bogor_official) dan tiktok. Indikator kesuksesan humas salah satunya adalah dengan cara menghitung banyaknya jumlah produk berita yang diunggah ke platform media sosial tersebut di atas. Selain mengekspose hubungan keluar madrasah, humas juga akan menjadi media center informasi bagi intern madrasah. Jubaedah juga menambahkan rencana untuk membekali peserta didik terutama anggota ekstra kurikuler jurnalistik dengan keterampilan public speaking melalui pelatihan oleh profesional atau expert di bidangnya.
Terakhir acara raker pun ditutup dengan penjelasan dan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi e-MAN bagi guru mata pelajaran, wali kelas dan guru. Aplikasi debutan tim IT MAN, Aang, S.Kom ini berisi menu komperehensif dan mudah untuk digunakan. Di antaranya untuk absensi guru dan siswa, catatan harian, catatan kinerja dll, keistimewaan aplikasi ini semua menu terintegrasi. Semua data baik guru dan siswa dapat diakses oleh wali kelas, guru BP/BK dan pimpinan. Aang menjawab semua pertanyaan dari para peserta raker hari ini secara tuntas dan jelas.
Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, Ema Rachmawati bangga mempunyai tim IT yang mumpuni dan kreatif. Semoga tujuannya menerapkan digitalisasi madrasah du MAN 5 Bogor dapat terwujud.
