Bogor, 8 Juni 2024 – Pelaksana Tugas Harian (PLH) Pengawas Bina Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 5 Bogor, Hj. Kiky Zakiyah, M.Pd, melaksanakan kegiatan pemeriksaan dan penandatanganan berkas laporan kinerja guru dan tenaga kependidikan di MAN 5 Bogor. Kegiatan yang berlangsung pada Sabtu, 8 Juni 2024, ini bertujuan untuk memastikan seluruh proses administrasi dan penilaian kinerja dilaksanakan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
Hj. Kiky Zakiyah, M.Pd usai memonitoring dan mengevaluasi administrasi PAT langsung memeriksa berkas laporan kinerja GTK MAN 5 Bogor bulan Mei 2024. Pemeriksaan dan penandatangan berkas lapkin ini diadampingi langsung oleh kepala TU MAN 5 Bogor, Waryati, S.Pd.I dan jajaran bagian administrasi. Hj. Kiky Zakiyah, M.Pd memberikan gambaran umum mengenai kinerja guru dan tenaga kependidikan selama tahun pelajaran 2023-2024. "Penilaian kinerja bukan hanya sekadar formalitas administrasi, tetapi merupakan cerminan dari dedikasi dan profesionalisme kita dalam dunia pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, seluruh proses harus dilakukan dengan jujur dan objektif," ujarnya.
Baca Lainnya : Hj. Kiky Zakiyah, M.Pd memeriksa satu per satu berkas laporan kinerja guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Proses ini melibatkan peninjauan terhadap berbagai aspek, termasuk kehadiran, uraian kegiatan GTK dan evidence atau bukti kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh GTK di bulan Mei 2024.
Puncak dari kegiatan ini adalah penandatanganan berkas laporan kinerja oleh Hj. Kiky Zakiyah, M.Pd. Penandatanganan ini menandai bahwa seluruh berkas telah diperiksa dan dinyatakan sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan.
Plt. Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, Safwan Maulana, M.Pd, menyampaikan apresiasinya atas kunjungan dan arahan yang diberikan oleh Hj. Kiky Zakiyah, M.Pd. "Kami sangat berterima kasih atas waktu dan perhatian yang diberikan oleh Ibu Pengawas. Ini menjadi motivasi bagi kami semua untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di MAN 5 Bogor," ungkapnya.
Kegiatan pemeriksaan dan penandatanganan berkas laporan kinerja ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan profesionalisme guru serta tenaga kependidikan di MAN 5 Bogor, sehingga dapat memberikan layanan pendidikan yang semakin baik kepada siswa dan masyarakat.
