Parungpanjang, 23 Mei 2024 — Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 5 Bogor, pak Safwan Maulana, memulai langkah awal kepemimpinannya dengan mengadakan rapat perdana bersama para kepala Madrasah Aliyah Swasta (MAS) yang berada di lingkungan Kelompok Kerja Madrasah Aliyah (KKMA) MAN 5 Bogor. Pertemuan tersebut berlangsung pada hari Selasa, 22 Mei 2024, di aula MAN 5 Bogor dengan tujuan memperkenalkan diri sekaligus menyamakan visi dan misi pendidikan madrasah di wilayah tersebut.
Rapat dihadiri oleh para kepala Madrasah dan Kepala Tata Usaha Madrasah Aliyah Swasta dan beberapa staf dari masing-masing madrasah. Dalam sambutannya, pak Safwan Maulana menyampaikan rasa terima kasih atas kehadiran para peserta rapat serta mengungkapkan niatnya untuk menjalin kerjasama yang erat antara madrasah negeri dan swasta demi meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

“Saya merasa terhormat dapat bergabung dengan keluarga besar KKMA MAN 5 Bogor. Saya berharap kita bisa saling bersinergi untuk mencapai tujuan bersama dalam menciptakan madrasah yang unggul dan kompetitif. Kebersamaan dan kolaborasi kita sangat penting untuk kemajuan pendidikan di wilayah ini,” ujar pak Safwan Maulana .
Selama rapat, pak Safwan Maulana memaparkan rencana strategis yang akan diterapkannya di MAN 5 Bogor, termasuk program peningkatan mutu pendidikan, pengembangan profesionalisme guru, serta inovasi pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada pengembangan karakter siswa. Ia juga mengajak kepala Madrasah Aliyah Swasta untuk berbagi pengalaman dan best practices yang dapat diadopsi bersama.
Dalam sesi diskusi, para kepala Madrasah Aliyah Swasta menyampaikan berbagai tantangan dan peluang yang mereka hadapi, serta harapan untuk dapat menjalin kemitraan yang produktif dengan MAN 5 Bogor. Beberapa isu yang dibahas antara lain peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, pengembangan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi, Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka serta optimalisasi penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran.
“Kami sangat berharap kerjasama yang solid antara madrasah negeri dan swasta dapat terwujud dengan baik. Dengan kepemimpinan pak Safwan Maulana , kami yakin akan ada banyak perubahan positif yang dapat kita capai bersama,” kata salah satu kepala madrasah aliyah swasta yang hadir dalam rapat.
Pertemuan tersebut ditutup dengan kesepakatan untuk mengadakan pertemuan rutin dan membentuk tim kerja yang akan bertugas mengidentifikasi dan mengimplementasikan program-program kolaboratif. pak Safwan Maulana menyampaikan komitmennya untuk selalu terbuka terhadap masukan dan siap mendukung setiap inisiatif yang bertujuan untuk memajukan pendidikan madrasah di lingkungan KKMA MAN 5 Bogor.
Dengan perkenalan dan rapat perdana ini, diharapkan terjalin sinergi yang kuat antara MAN 5 Bogor dan Madrasah Aliyah Swasta di sekitarnya, sehingga mampu menciptakan ekosistem pendidikan yang lebih baik dan berkualitas untuk para siswa.
