Keterangan Gambar : Peserta didik MAN 5 Bogor mengikuti kegiatan RAHAJA (Rabu Sehat Jasmani) dengan antusias di lapangan madrasah pada Rabu pagi (15/10/2025).
Parung Panjang (15/10/2025) — Siswa-siswi MAN 5 Bogor melaksanakan kegiatan kokurikuler RAHAJA (Rabu Sehat Jasmani) yang rutin diadakan setiap hari Rabu di lapangan madrasah. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menjaga kebugaran jasmani peserta didik sekaligus menumbuhkan semangat hidup sehat dan aktif di lingkungan madrasah.
Kegiatan dimulai pukul 06.50 WIB dengan pelaksanaan senam pagi yang dipimpin oleh dua anggota Pramuka, yaitu Lila dan Fauziah, yang bertugas sebagai instruktur senam. Para peserta tampak bersemangat mengikuti gerakan senam yang diiringi musik energik.

Beberapa jenis senam yang dibawakan dalam kegiatan RAHAJA kali ini antara lain: (1) Senam Sipong Pong, (2) Senam Goyang Dumang, dan (3) Senam Goyang Happy Ajalah. Melalui kegiatan ini, siswa diajak untuk bergerak aktif, melatih koordinasi tubuh, serta menjaga kebugaran fisik agar tetap prima dalam menjalani aktivitas belajar.
Melalui kegiatan RAHAJA, diharapkan seluruh warga madrasah dapat menjaga kesehatan jasmani dan rohani, memperkuat kebersamaan, serta meningkatkan semangat dalam beraktivitas di sekolah. (Humas)
