Bogor — MAN 5 Bogor kembali melaksanakan kegiatan pembinaan karakter melalui program SERASI (Semangat Raih Prestasi) yang dirangkaikan dengan Salat Duha Bersama, pada Selasa, 6 Januari 2026, bertempat di Lapangan MAN 5 Bogor. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh seluruh siswa dan siswi MAN 5 Bogor dengan penuh antusias.
Acara diawali dengan pelaksanaan salat duha berjamaah sebagai upaya menanamkan kebiasaan ibadah dan memperkuat spiritualitas peserta didik. Setelah itu, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian materi SERASI yang dibawakan oleh Hadza X.D.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, pemateri mengangkat tema overthinking yang kerap dialami oleh remaja. Disampaikan bahwa overthinking merupakan kebiasaan berpikir berlebihan terhadap suatu masalah secara terus-menerus sehingga menimbulkan rasa cemas dan kesulitan dalam mengambil keputusan. Kondisi ini umumnya disebabkan oleh rasa takut berbuat salah, kurangnya kepercayaan diri, serta tekanan dari lingkungan sekitar.
Baca Lainnya : Lebih lanjut dijelaskan bahwa overthinking dapat berdampak negatif pada kesehatan mental, seperti meningkatnya stres, sulit berkonsentrasi, hingga kelelahan mental. Oleh karena itu, siswa diajak untuk memahami cara-cara mengatasinya, antara lain dengan mengalihkan pikiran ke aktivitas positif, berpikir lebih realistis, menuliskan isi pikiran, serta berbagi cerita dengan orang yang dipercaya.
Melalui kegiatan SERASI dan Salat Duha Bersama ini, MAN 5 Bogor berharap peserta didik tidak hanya unggul secara akademik, tetapi juga memiliki kesehatan mental yang baik, kepribadian yang seimbang, serta kesiapan dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan kehidupan. (Red. Humas)
