Parung Panjang, 30 September 2025 — MAN 5 Bogor kembali menyelenggarakan kegiatan SeRasi (Selasa Literasi) pada Selasa (30/9) di lingkungan madrasah. Program rutin ini menjadi ruang bagi siswa untuk melatih keterampilan literasi, menyampaikan ide, sekaligus berbagi inspirasi dengan warga madrasah.
Pada kesempatan kali ini, pemateri adalah Aufa Anwar, siswa kelas XI.G, yang mengangkat tema “Cara Mengatasi Overthinking di Malam Hari”.
Strategi Mengatasi Overthinking
Baca Lainnya : Dalam penyampaiannya, Aufa menjelaskan bahwa overthinking kerap muncul di malam hari ketika pikiran lebih tenang dan waktu luang lebih banyak. Untuk mengatasinya, ia menawarkan beberapa strategi sederhana, seperti:
Membiasakan menulis jurnal sebelum tidur,
Membaca doa atau dzikir untuk menenangkan hati,
Menyusun daftar prioritas untuk hari berikutnya,
Mengurangi penggunaan gawai menjelang tidur.
“Overthinking bisa mengganggu istirahat. Maka penting bagi kita untuk mengendalikannya dengan kebiasaan yang menenangkan hati dan pikiran,” ujar Aufa.
Literasi sebagai Ruang Inspirasi
Program SeRasi di MAN 5 Bogor tidak hanya melatih keterampilan berbicara dan menulis, tetapi juga menjadi wadah berbagi solusi praktis atas persoalan sehari-hari yang dekat dengan kehidupan siswa. Melalui tema-tema aktual seperti ini, literasi diharapkan hadir bukan sekadar teori, melainkan juga inspirasi yang aplikatif.
Harapan
Dengan kegiatan SeRasi, madrasah berharap para siswa semakin berani tampil, terlatih menyampaikan gagasan, serta mampu mengubah pengalaman pribadi menjadi pesan yang bermanfaat bagi orang lain.
