Parung Panjang – Suasana MATSAMA MAN 5 Bogor Tahun Ajaran 2025/2026 semakin meriah dengan penampilan menarik dari Ekstrakurikuler Kelompok Ilmiah Remaja (KIR). Ekskul yang dikenal sebagai wadah eksplorasi sains ini menghadirkan serangkaian kegiatan edukatif dan menghibur dalam sesi demo ekskul yang dipandu oleh MC Anggun dan Raisya.
Kegiatan utama yang ditampilkan adalah Eksperimen Reaksi PeKa (Redoks dan Eksotermik) yang dibawakan oleh Annida, Reyssa, Milan, dan Renal. Aksi eksperimen tersebut sukses menarik perhatian siswa baru karena menampilkan semburan gas dan perubahan suhu yang mengejutkan namun aman, menandai terjadinya reaksi kimia yang nyata.

Untuk memperdalam pemahaman, Fauziah menyampaikan presentasi Reaksi PeKa, menjelaskan proses ilmiah di balik reaksi redoks dan eksotermik secara menarik dan komunikatif. Penjelasan ini bertujuan agar para siswa baru tidak hanya terhibur, tetapi juga memahami fenomena ilmiah yang terjadi.
Tak kalah seru, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan Game “The KIRious Box” yang dipandu oleh Amel, Sabil, dan Anindya. Game ini dirancang untuk melatih logika, kecepatan berpikir, dan kekompakan antar anggota kelompok siswa baru, sekaligus menjadi ajang adu cepat dan adu cerdas.
Demo ini bertujuan:
Untuk membangkitkan rasa ingin tahu dan minat siswa baru terhadap dunia sains dan kegiatan penelitian;
Mengenalkan lebih dekat tentang konsep Reaksi PeKa secara ilmiah;
Membangun semangat kebersamaan dan kemampuan berpikir kritis melalui permainan interaktif.
Dengan semangat “Fun and Science in Action,” Ekskul KIR MAN 5 Bogor berharap semakin banyak siswa baru yang tertarik bergabung dan ikut mengembangkan budaya ilmiah di madrasah. (Humas)
