Parung Panjang (9/10/2025) — MAN 5 Bogor melaksanakan kegiatan briefing tim manajemen pada Kamis, 9 Oktober 2025, bertempat di Ruang Meeting MAN 5 Bogor. Kegiatan yang berlangsung dari pukul 09.15 hingga 10.15 WIB ini dihadiri oleh seluruh unsur pimpinan madrasah, yakni Kepala Madrasah, Kepala Tata Usaha, Wakil Kepala Bidang Kurikulum, Wakil Kepala Bidang Kesiswaan, Wakil Kepala Bidang Sarana dan Prasarasa, serta Wakil Kepala Bidang Humas.
Rapat yang dipimpin langsung oleh Kepala Madrasah ini membahas sejumlah agenda strategis dalam upaya penguatan kinerja dan perencanaan program madrasah.
Baca Lainnya : Beberapa topik utama yang menjadi fokus pembahasan antara lain:
1. Upgrade SOP Satpam dan Cleaning Service guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kedisiplinan lingkungan madrasah.
2. Strategi pembelajaran agar siswa sukses dalam TKA (Tes Kompetensi Akademik) sebagai langkah untuk memperkuat capaian akademik peserta didik.
3. Penyampaian hasil sosialisasi PHTC yang dihadiri langsung oleh Kepala Madrasah pada awal pekan ini.
4. Rencana relokasi kelas yang akan direnovasi, agar kegiatan belajar mengajar tetap berjalan optimal selama proses pembangunan.
5. Persiapan pelaksanaan MBG yang akan dilaksanakan dalam waktu dekat.
Kegiatan ini menjadi wadah penting bagi seluruh tim manajemen untuk menyamakan arah kebijakan, memperkuat koordinasi, serta memastikan setiap program madrasah dapat berjalan sesuai dengan target dan visi yang telah ditetapkan.
Dalam arahannya, Kepala Madrasah menekankan pentingnya sinergi dan komunikasi yang berkesinambungan antar bidang.
“Setiap bidang harus saling berkoordinasi agar setiap program berjalan efektif dan berdampak langsung terhadap kemajuan madrasah,” ujarnya.
Sebagai tindak lanjut, hasil rapat manajemen ini akan menjadi dasar bagi setiap bidang dalam menyusun langkah-langkah konkret dan timeline pelaksanaan program madrasah. Diharapkan, dengan semangat kebersamaan dan kerja kolaboratif, seluruh agenda MAN 5 Bogor dapat terlaksana secara tepat, cepat, dan berkelanjutan. (Humas)
