Kepala MAN 5 Bogor Ema Rachmawati yang baru menjabat sejak awal Maret 2023 tidak berhenti bergerak, berinovasi dan menyemai ide-ide positif untuk MAN 5 Bogor yang lebih baik dalam melaksanakan amanah mendidik anak-anak bangsa yang kelak diharapkan menjadi lulusan yang berkualitas secara keimanan dan ketaqwaan serta berprestasi secara akademik dan non-akademik yang pada akhirnya mereka siap untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi ataupun langsung masuk dunia kerja.
Kepala Madrasah melihat keberadaan Asrama di MAN 5 Bogor sebagai salah satu potensi sarana yang bisa dimanfaatkan tidak hanya untuk belajar ilmu agama secara intensif, tetapi juga bisa ditingkatkan manfaatnya dengan menambahkan menu baru yang dibutuhkan oleh dunia kerja maupun perkuliahan, yaitu dalam hal kemampuan bahasa Inggris, khususnya dari aspek conversation / bahasa Inggris aktif.
Baca Lainnya : Berangkat dari pemikiran tersebut, maka Kepala MAN 5 Bogor mengadakan MOA dengan Lembaga Bahasa Inggris LC dari Pare Kediri yang secara kualitas kita mengetahui bersama bahwa LC-Pare Kediri adalah salah satu lembaga Bahasa Inggris yang mumpuni dengan berbagai program paket jangka pendek maupun menengah.

Setelah santri/santriwati Asrama MAN 5 Bogor menyelesaikan Paket 3 Bulan Asrama berbasis Agama dan B.Inggris, maka akan memperoleh 2 Sertifikat yaitu Sertifikat Intensif English dari LC-Pare Kediri, dan Syahadah & Sanad Qiro'at Hafash dari Asrama MAN 5 Bogor.
