Parungppanjang,16 Juni 2023 -- Pembangunan Zona Integritas dianggap sebagai role model Reformasi Birokrasi dalam penegakan integritas dan pelayanan berkualitas. Dengan demikian pembangunan Zona Integritas menjadi aspek penting dalam hal pencegahan korupsi di pemerintahan, termasuk pula di lembaga pendidikan, MAN 5 Bogor yang saat ini dipimpin oleh kepala madrasah, Ema Rahmawati.
Kepala madrasah sejak akhir Maret 2023 sudah mengeluarkan SK Team Reformasi Birokrasi yang diketuai oleh Kepala tata usaha, Waryati. Team ini dibagi lagi dalam enam kelompok kerja yang diketuai oleh seorang koordinator dan beberapa anggota.

Sejak SK Team Reformasi ditetapkan, enam pokja secara bergantian melakukan sosialisasi atas bidang tugasnya masing-masing.
Keenam Pokja tersebut adalah 6 Area yang disosialisasikan diantaranya adalah Area 1 Manajemen perubahan, Area 2 Penataan Tatalaksana, Area 3 Penataan Manajemen SDM, Area 4 Penguatan Akuntabilitas Kinerja, Area 5 Penguatan Pengawasan, dan Area 6 Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik.
Dan sebagai evaluasi dari keseluruhan rangkaian sosialisasi enam zona integritas yang telah dilaksanakan selama dua bulan lamanya, seluruh dewan guru dan staff tata usaha mengikuti Test Evaluasi Tahap 1.
Evaluasi tahap 1 kali ini dilaksanakan menggunakan Google Form sebanyak 50 pertanyaan bland yang mencakup enam komponen zona integritas. Dimulai pada pukul 14.30 s/d 16.30 wib.
