Bogor, 17 Januari 2025 – Ekstrakurikuler Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) MAN 5 Bogor mengadakan latihan rutin pada Jumat sore, 17 Januari 2025, di ruang kelas X.C. Latihan yang diikuti oleh 35 anggota ini dimulai pukul 15.45 hingga 17.00 WIB, dengan materi keterampilan membalut luka menggunakan kain kassa atau perban.
Kegiatan ini dibimbing langsung oleh pembina PMR, Murod Indrawan. Dalam sesi latihan, beliau menjelaskan pentingnya teknik membalut luka yang benar untuk mencegah infeksi dan mempercepat proses penyembuhan. Latihan diawali dengan penjelasan teoretis mengenai jenis-jenis luka dan fungsi kain kassa atau perban, dilanjutkan dengan praktik langsung oleh para anggota.
“Keterampilan ini sangat penting bagi anggota PMR, karena mereka harus siap memberikan pertolongan pertama kapan saja. Membalut luka dengan benar adalah langkah awal yang krusial,” ujar Murod Indrawan.
Baca Lainnya : Peserta terlihat antusias mencoba berbagai teknik membalut, mulai dari membalut luka kecil hingga penanganan luka di area sulit seperti siku dan jari. Salah satu anggota PMR menyampaikan kesannya, “Latihan ini sangat bermanfaat. Kami jadi lebih paham cara membalut luka yang benar, dan ini akan sangat berguna jika nanti ada keadaan darurat.”
Latihan rutin ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan praktis anggota PMR sebagai bekal dalam memberikan pertolongan pertama. Ekstrakurikuler PMR MAN 5 Bogor berharap kegiatan seperti ini dapat terus melatih kesiapan dan keahlian anggotanya untuk menghadapi situasi darurat di lingkungan sekolah maupun masyarakat. [Humas]
