Parungpanjang, 17 Agustus 2024 – Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 5 Bogor kembali menunjukkan prestasinya dalam perayaan Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia yang ke-79 di Kecamatan Parungpanjang. Dalam ajang lomba gerak jalan yang digelar sebagai salah satu rangkaian kegiatan peringatan HUT RI tersebut, MAN 5 Bogor berhasil meraih juara 1, 2, dan Harapan 2.
Lomba gerak jalan ini diikuti oleh berbagai sekolah dan instansi dari berbagai wilayah di Kecamatan Parungpanjang. Tim dari MAN 5 Bogor tampil penuh semangat dan kompak, menunjukkan disiplin dan kerja sama yang luar biasa. Hasilnya, tim dari MAN 5 Bogor berhasil mengungguli tim-tim lain dan tim putera merebut juara pertama, tim puteri merebut juara kedua, sementara satu tim puteri lainnya berhasil meraih gelar Harapan 2.
Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, Bapak Safwan Maulana, menyampaikan rasa bangga dan apresiasi terhadap para siswa yang telah berjuang dan memberikan penampilan terbaik mereka. "Prestasi ini adalah bukti kerja keras dan dedikasi para siswa serta dukungan dari seluruh civitas akademika. Semoga ini bisa menjadi motivasi bagi siswa-siswa lainnya untuk terus berprestasi," ungkapnya.
Baca Lainnya : Perayaan HUT RI di Kecamatan Parungpanjang berlangsung meriah dengan berbagai lomba dan kegiatan lain, di mana lomba gerak jalan menjadi salah satu acara yang paling dinantikan oleh masyarakat setempat. Prestasi gemilang MAN 5 Bogor ini tentu menjadi kebanggaan tersendiri bagi sekolah dan masyarakat sekitar, serta diharapkan dapat memacu semangat siswa untuk terus berprestasi di bidang lainnya.
Sementara itu, Syarif Hidayatullah selaku wakil kepala madrasah bidang kesiswaan mengatakan bahwa ke-empat tim gerak jalan yang dikirim iini telah berlatih selama hampir satu bulan penuh. Ia bersyukur karena jerih payah para peserta lomba membuahkan hasil yang memuaskan.
