Parungpanjang, 17/7. Hari ini hari pertama pelaksanaan Masa Ta'aruf Siswa Madrasah di MAN 5 Bogor. Sebanyak 288 peserta didik baru mengikuti acara pengenalan lingkungan madrasah ini dengan penuh antusias dan gembira.
Antusiasme peserta MATSAMA tampak dari kedisiplinan para peserta. Mereka bergembira selama mengikuti agenda hari pertama ini karena setiap sesi dan materi disampaikan dengan santai, penuh canda tapi tetap serius, ada yel yel dan ice breaking dari kakak kakak tingkat di sela sela sesi. Hal ini membuat suasana akrab dan hangat.

Pada MATSAMA hari pertama ini ada 5 materi pengenalan madrasah (1) visi dan misi madrasah yang disampaikan langsung oleh kepala MAN 5 Bogor, bu Ema Rachmawati. (2) sejarah dan struktur organisasi MAN 5 Bogor yang disampaikan oleh kepala Tata Usaha, Waryati. (3) proses belajar mengajar di madrasah disampaikan oleh wakil kepala bidang kurilum, Yusi Kusumah. (4) kegiatan dan organisasi kesiswaan disampaikan oleh wakil kepala bidang kesiswaan sekaligus ketua panitia MATSAMA, Indra Parimarma, dan (5) pengenalan ekstra kurikuler English Club oleh pembina EC yang juga merangkap sebagai pembina asrama puteri, Nur Efita Dewi.
