Parungpanjang, 15 Juli 2023. Sebanyak 26 guru MAN 5 Bogor menghadiri rapat koordinasi wali kelas yang dilaksanakan secara virtual hari ini. Rapat yang dipimpin oleh kepala Tata Usaha, Waryati, bertujuan untuk menginformasikan dan mendiskusikan beberapa agenda yang harus dilaksanakan oleh wali kelas.
Informasi tersebut di antaranya mengenai kegiatan akademik dan non akademik. Untuk kegiatan akademik dipandu oleh wakil kepala bidang kurikulum, Yusi Kusumah, mendiskusikan tentang kegiatan dua minggu pertama pembelajaran diisi dengan asesmen diagnostik kognitif dan diagnostik non kognitif. Hal itu bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan kognisi dan karakteristik peserta didik. Selain itu, Yusi Kusumah juga menyampaikan tentang agenda P5P2RA yang dilaksanakan minggu ke empat setiap bulan.
Baca Lainnya : Wakil kepala bidang kesiswaan, Indra Parimarma, menyampaikan beberapa program baru di bidang kesiswaan dalam rangka mendukung visi misi madrasah di antaranya yaitu pembiasaan sholat dluha, sholat dzuhur dan sholat ashar di madrasah. Penegasan aturan berpakaian, kebersihan dan tata tertib bagi siswa. Indra juga meminta wali kelas untuk mendata keaktifan para peserta didik dalam mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler.
Untuk kesiaan sarana dan prasarana pendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar, wakil kepala bidang sarana prasarana, Moh. Syahlan menginformasikan denah kelas, teknis pengadaan alat kebersihan dan kesiapan tempat untuk penyelenggaraan acara parenting dan psikotes peserta didik baru.
Ditutup dengan informasi yang disampaikan oleh bagian humas, yaitu tentang sosialisasi acara Goes To Campuss bagi kelas XI dan program unggulan asrama untuk diinformasikan ke seluruh kelas. untuk meningkatkan visibilitas madrasah, humas komitmen mendokumentasikan dan mempublikasikan secara rutin kegiatan yang ada di madrasah Bogor ke berbagai media sosial resmi MAN 5 Bogor.
