Parungpanjang (23/11/23): Kasubdit kurikulum dan evaluasi direktorat KSKK Madrasah, Bapak Dr. H. Abdul Basit S.Ag, M.M dan Kasubdit Bina GTK MA Ditjen Pendis Kemenag RI, Bapak Dr. H. Suwardi, M.Pd memberikan pembinaan kepada guru dan Tenaga Pendidikan di MAN 5 Bogor.
Kegiatan Pembinaan Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan yang dilaksanakan di aula MAN 5 Bogor ini dikemas dalam bentuk mini talkshow yang diikuti oleh seluruh guru dan tenaga kependidikan MAN 5 Bogor, baik itu ASN maupun Non ASN.

Dalam talkshow ini Kasubdit kurikulum dan evaluasi direktorat KSKK Madrasah menegaskan bahwa dalam proses Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka harus memperhatikan beberapa langkah, di antaranya:
1. Memahami regulasi atau peraturan Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka
2. Menyiapkan dokumen terkait kurikulum merdeka
3. Menganalisis Capaian Pembelajaran
4. Menyusun Perangkat Ajar
5. Memahami Prinsip Asesmen/ Penilaian termasuk dalam pembuatan raport Pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka
Selanjutnya pada sesi ke 2 Kasubdit Bina GTK MA Ditjen Pendis Kemenag RI menyampaikan beberapa hal yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang tenaga pendidik:
1) Harus mencintai karirnya
2) Harus Happy
3) Mengetahui tujuan
4) Mempunyai Branding, sebagai pembeda atau ciri khas dari madrasah lain
Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, ibu Ema Rachmawati, M.Pd menuturkan bahwa melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi motivasi besar untuk para guru dan tendik di lingkungan MAN 5 Bogor agar selalu semangat dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya masing-masing, dam selalu bekerjasama demi kemajuan MAN 5 Bogor tercinta.
