Parung Panjang, Rabu, 13 Agustus 2025 – MAN 5 Bogor menggelar kegiatan Rahaja (Rabu Sehat Jasmani) yang merupakan salah satu program kokurikuler unggulan madrasah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada Rabu (13/8/2025) mulai pukul 07.00 WIB di lapangan madrasah, diawali dengan sholat duha bersama dan dilanjutkan dengan sarapan pagi bersama.
Kegiatan diikuti oleh seluruh siswa serta jajaran pimpinan yang terdiri dari Waka Kurikulum, Waka Kesiswaan, Waka Humas, dan pembina OSIS. Sebelum acara dimulai, Waka Kurikulum MAN 5 Bogor, Bapak Indra Parimarma, memberikan pembinaan kepada siswa. Dalam arahannya, beliau menekankan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan jasmani dan rohani, kedisiplinan, serta semangat belajar yang tinggi.

Sholat duha bersama di lapangan menjadi pembuka acara yang khidmat. Usai beribadah, peserta menikmati sarapan pagi bersama dengan menu sederhana namun bergizi. Momen ini menjadi ajang mempererat kebersamaan dan menumbuhkan rasa kekeluargaan antara siswa dan para pembina.
Bapak Indra Parimarma menyampaikan bahwa Rahaja merupakan langkah positif dalam menumbuhkan kebiasaan hidup sehat sekaligus membentuk karakter siswa. “Rahaja adalah sarana untuk menjaga kesehatan jasmani, memperkuat ukhuwah, dan membiasakan hidup seimbang antara aktivitas fisik, ibadah, dan belajar,” ujarnya.
Kegiatan Rahaja akan terus dilaksanakan setiap hari Rabu, secara bergiliran diisi dengan kegiatan senam bersama dan sarapan sehat bersama, sebagai bentuk komitmen madrasah dalam membina generasi sehat, tangguh, dan berakhlakul karimah. (Humas)
