Parungpanjang, 13 Februari 2024 - Dalam rangka meningkatkan koordinasi dan kualitas pelayanan terkait perguruan tinggi di MAN 5 Bogor, Ibu Ema Rachmawati mengadakan rapat bersama Tim PTN. Rapat ini bertujuan untuk menyamakan visi misi terkait pelayananan PTN bagi kelas 12.
Ada beberapa hal yang disampaikan terutama berkaitan dengan strategi pemilihan jurusan untuk persiapan pendaftaran SNBP yang akan dibuka pada tanggal 14 Februati 2024. Selain jurusan, pembuatan akun juga dipastikan sudah difinalisasi terlebih dahulu sampai anak benar - benar mendapat kartu pendaftaran.
Koordinator team PTN ibu syarifah mengungkapkan bahwa sejumlah persiapan telah dilakukan setelah diumumkannya kuota SNBP 2024. "Selama kurun waktu kurang lebih dua bulan, kamii sudah melakukan langkah-langkah persiapan, mulai dari penentuan siswa eligible, sampai pengisian Pangkalan Data Sekolah dan Siswa (PDSS) untuk pendaftaran SNBP, Poltekkes pomaupun SPAN PTKIN,” tuturnya
Baca Lainnya : “Setelah kuotanya diumumkan, kami sudah melakukan langkah-langkah persiapan, mulai dari pengisian Pangkalan Data Sekolah dan Siswa (PDSS) baik untuk yang SNBP maupun yang span PTKIN,” tuturnya.
"Kami juga sudah melakukan beberapa kali sosialiasi untuk menginformasikan terkait potensi jurusan yang bisa mereka pilih kemudian datanya sudah kami lakukan pemetaan sesuai dengan daya dukung prestasi dan minat siswa ke Perguruan Tinggi (PT), tambahnya".
Ibu Syarifah menilai bahwa melalui sosialisasi, selain memastikan keputusan siswa untuk melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi, sekolah juga dapat membantu mereka memahami proses seleksi, baik melalui jalur prestasi maupun.tes. Dengan demikian ibu Ema Rachmawati menegaskan kepada team PTN untuk terus kompak mengawal anak-anak supaya tidak tertinggal informasi dan selalu sigap memberikan pelayanan kepada kelas 12 sampai mereka berhasil tembus ke perguruan tinggi.
