Parungpanjang, 3 Mei 2024 - 5 Bogor menggelar rapat pleno kelulusan siswa kelas XII tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 pada Jumat (03/05/2024). Rapat yang berlangsung di lab. komputer ini dihadiri oleh tim manajemen, para wali kelas XII, guru BP/BK dan sseluruh guru MAN 5 Bogor
Rapat pleno kelulusan merupakan agenda tahunan. Rapat tersebut membahas tentang penentuan kelulusan bagi peserta didik kelas XII yang telah menyelesaikan kegiatan pembelajaran dan evaluasi di MAN 5 Bogor. Ada beberapa agenda yang dilaksanakan pada rapat pleno hari ini di antaranya yaitu;

7. Keputusan Rapat Pleno berdasarkan laporan Walas, BK, Resume Rapat Verifikasi dan tanggapan audiens
8. Pembacaan Resume Keputusan Rapat Pleno Kelulusan oleh Wk. Kurikulum untuk disampaikan kepada Kepala Madrasah untuk kemudian dibuatkan SK PENETAPAN KELULUSAN

Kepala TU MAN 5 Bogor, Waryati, S.Pd.I. Dalam arahannya, keptu meminta untuk mengapresiasi apa yang telah dicapai oleh para siswa. Keptu juga mengimbau agar seluruh dewan guru mengikhlaskan apa yang telah diberikan sehingga berkah dan bermanfaat.
Selanjutnya teknik tentang kelulusan disampaikan oleh Wakamad Bidang Kurikulum MAN 5 Bogor, Indra Parimarma, S.Sos., MM. Menurutnya, penentuan standar kelulusan merujuk pada Prosedur Standar Operasional (POS) Surat Dirjend Pendis Kementerian Agama RI Nomor 901 Tahun 2023 dengan kriteria menyelesaikan seluruh program pembelajaran, nilai sikap atau perilaku minimal B dan telah mengikuti Assesmen Madrasah yang diselenggarakan oleh satuan pendidikan. Indra menambahkan bahwa rumus kelulusan berdasarkan nilai semester 1-5+30% nilai Assesmen Madrasah.
Dalam rapat persiapan tersebut wali kelas XII sescara bergantian menyampaikan laporan kondisi siswa di kelasnya masing-masing. Dari hasil pelaporan seluruh wali kelas ditemukan beberapa nama siswa yang dianggap bermasalah tetapi sudah berhasil ditangani dan diselesaikan di tingkat wali kelas dan guru BK/BP.
Acara dilanjutkan dengan agenda tanggapan dari bapak dan ibu guru mengenai perilaku peserta didik selama dua semester terakhir. Dari beberapa nama peserta didik yang disebutkan, semuanya sudah diselesaikan di tingkat wali kelas dan BP kelas XII.
Adapun surat keputusan kelulusan akan disampaikan kepada seluruh peserta didik kelas XII pada hari senin, 6 Mei 2024 melalui media sosial resmi MAN Bogor.
