Parung Panjang, 9 Oktober 2025 — Semangat juang siswa MAN 5 Bogor kembali terlihat melalui persiapan mereka dalam mengikuti ajang Lomba Karya Tulis Ilmiah Nasional (LKTIN) tingkat siswa pada EXPO KIMIA 2025 yang diselenggarakan oleh Himpunan Mahasiswa Kimia Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI).
Rangkaian kegiatan lomba telah dimulai sejak Agustus 2025, dan tiga abstrak penelitian dari MAN 5 Bogor telah berhasil lolos tahap seleksi nasional. Kini, para peserta tengah mempersiapkan tahap akhir sebelum batas waktu pengumpulan karya tulis (submit LKTIN) yang jatuh pada 10 Oktober 2025.
Baca Lainnya : Kegiatan persiapan berlangsung di Laboratorium MAN 5 Bogor, di mana para peserta melakukan finalisasi karya tulis serta simulasi presentasi. Mereka dibimbing langsung oleh Bu Nevi Damayanti, S.Pd selaku guru pembimbing.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Pak Iwan Tiswan Hidayat, SE yang juga terkenal sebagai guru inovatif turut hadir menyaksikan semangat para peserta yang berlatih dengan penuh antusias. Dukungan dari guru dan tenaga kependidikan menjadi dorongan besar bagi tim untuk tampil maksimal di tingkat nasional.
Tiga tim yang mewakili MAN 5 Bogor menampilkan riset inovatif sebagai berikut:
Azkiya Syahfitri (X.A), Lizazmi Ilmi (X.A), dan Keysa Dinda Nafisa (X.F)," Perbandingan Kualitas Bioplastik dari Air Rebusan Mie Instan dengan Berbagai Merk sebagai Upaya Penerapan Zero Waste.” Mutia Ashri (X.D), Chantika Nahla Hazizah (X.E), dan Najwa Aulia Wandri (X.F), "Pemanfaatan Limbah Kulit Buah Naga untuk Menghasilkan Energi Listrik Sederhana dengan Metode Microbial Fuel Cell (MFC).” Fahry Adrian Nugraha (X.I), Daffa Hafidz Ibni Muhamad (X.I), dan Zhafirah Shafa Khalyla (X.I), “Perbandingan Efektivitas Lafrera: Larvacide from Fruit-derived Waste dengan Larvasida Nabati Homogen dan Larvasida Sintetik untuk Mengatasi Nyamuk Penyebab DBD.” “Ajang seperti ini menjadi wadah penting untuk menumbuhkan semangat riset dan inovasi di kalangan siswa madrasah. Kami berharap MAN 5 Bogor bisa menunjukkan kemampuan terbaiknya,” ujar Bu Nevi Damayanti, S.Pd.
Melalui partisipasi dalam EXPO KIMIA 2025 UPI ini, MAN 5 Bogor berharap dapat menumbuhkan budaya ilmiah di lingkungan madrasah serta meneguhkan eksistensi madrasah dalam bidang sains dan penelitian.
Semoga tim MAN 5 Bogor meraih hasil terbaik dan terus membawa nama baik madrasah di kancah nasional!
