Parungpanjang, 5 Mei 2023 -- Tim Reformasi Birokrasi yang dibentuk berdasarkan SK Kepala MAN 5 Bogor melanjutkan kembali kegiatan presentasi dan sosialisasi dari masing-masing kelompok kerja. Untuk jadwal hari ini giliran Pokja Penguatan Akuntabilitas yang melakukan paparan materi yang disampaikan oleh anggota Pokja area IV, Jubaedah dan Resti Restuati sehubungan koordinator Pokja IV, Enung Yusi Suswanti Kusumah yang juga wakil kepala bidang kurikulum tengah mengikuti kegiatan dinas luar terkait ERKAM.
Melalui Tim Humas, kepala madrasah, Ema Rachmawati yang tengah dinas luar ke kantor kementerian agama kabupaten Bogor menyampaikan pesan kepada forum sosialisasi ZI bahwa salah satu fungsi dari akuntabilitas adalah menciptakan kerja yang lebih efektif dan efisien.
Baca Lainnya : Dalam forum presentasi dan sosialisasi pokja area IV, Jubaedah menyampaikan banyak hal terkait akuntabilitas kinerja seluruh stakeholder madrasah. Termasuk juga dalam hal keterlibatan pimpinan. Pimpinan terlibat secara langsung dalam berbagai kegiatan atau program yang disusun oleh tiap-tiap guru dan staff, termasuk dalam berbagai tahapan dari mulai penetapan surat keputusan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan sampai dengan evaluasi.
Selanjutnya Resti Restuati juga menjelaskan ke audiens bahwa akuntabilitas kinerja adalah perwujudan kewajiban suatu instansi pemerintah untuk mempertanggungjawabkan keberhasilan/kegagalan pelaksanaan program dan kegiatan dalam mencapai misi dan tujuan organisasi, yang dalam hal ini adalah organisasi pendidikan yang bernama MAN 5 Bogor.
Sementara itu dalam penutupan sosialisasi Pokja IV sore ini, waka humas Indra Parimarma menegaskan bahwa dalam melaksanakan tugas kita sebagai guru atau staff di madrasah harus akuntabel, artinya melaksanakan tugas dengan jujur, bertanggung jawab, cermat, disiplin, berintegritas tinggi, efektif, efisien, dan tidak menyalahgunakan kewenangan jabatan.
Pada akhirnya hal yang ingin dicapai melalui pencanangan zona integritas di MAN 5 Bogor adalah mengarah pada suatu kondisi atau tatanan madrasah yang WBK (Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi) dan WBBM (Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani). Semoga tercapai.
