Keterangan Gambar : Suasana Belajar Kelas Informatika yang disupervisi oleh Kepala Madrasah
Parungpanjang, 4 Mei 2023 -- Pagi hari di MAN 5 Bogor seperti biasa diawali dengan aktivitas pembiiasaan Shalat Dhuha, tadarus, doa dan tausiah. Selepas Dhuha seluruh peserta didik langsung masuk ke kelas masing bersama dengan guru mapel yang ada jadwal di jam pertama.
Tidak hanya guru yang masuk kelas, karena jam pertama di kamis pagi ini Kepala madrasah, Ema Rachmawati ikut masuk ke kelas untuk melakukan supervisi kelas yang sudah direncanakan sebelumnya. Dan hari ini guru yang mendapat giliran disupervisi oleh kepala madrasah adalah Murod Indrawan (guru informatika) dan Mahmudah (guru matematika).
Baca Lainnya : Ema Rachmawati selaku kepala madrasah yang melaksanakan supervisi kelas berpendapat bahwa proses belajar mengajar merupakan satu kesatuan yang utuh dan tidak dapat dipisahkan antara pendidik dan peserta didik. Guru merupakan sebuah profesi yang membutuhkan keahlian khusus sebagai tenaga yang profesional, maka keberhasilan peserta didik dipengaruhi oleh keprofesionalan guru yang mampu mengorganisir seluruh pengalaman belajar, sedangkan kepala madrasah mempunyai tugas untuk membantu, memberikan stimulus dan mendorong guru untuk bekerja secara optimal.
Di akhir pembicaraan dengan Tim Humas MANLIBO, Kepala madrasah berharap Supervisi yang dilakukan kali ini dapat membantu guru-guru memperbaiki situasi mengajar dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu proses belajar mengajar di MAN 5 Bogor.
