Bogor, 17 Januari 2025 – Sebanyak 24 anggota ekstrakurikuler kesenian MAN 5 Bogor mengikuti latihan rutin yang digelar di ruang kelas X.A pada Jumat siang. Kegiatan ini dipandu oleh Bu Linda selaku pembina dan difokuskan pada latihan gerakan dasar Tari Saman, salah satu tarian tradisional yang memerlukan kekompakan tinggi.
Latihan dimulai dengan sesi pemanasan untuk melatih kelenturan tubuh dan mempersiapkan peserta sebelum memasuki latihan inti. Bu Linda memberikan arahan mengenai pola dasar gerakan tangan, ritme tepukan, dan formasi khas Tari Saman.
“Kunci Tari Saman terletak pada keselarasan gerakan. Setiap anggota harus saling mendengarkan ritme dan bergerak dengan kompak,” ujar Bu Linda di sela-sela latihan.
Baca Lainnya : Peserta tampak antusias meski beberapa mengaku masih perlu beradaptasi dengan gerakan yang memerlukan konsentrasi penuh. Salah satu peserta menyampaikan kesannya, “Latihan ini mengajarkan kami tidak hanya tentang seni, tetapi juga kerja sama dan kesabaran. Semakin lama, kami semakin percaya diri.”
Latihan ini merupakan persiapan awal untuk menghadapi berbagai penampilan dan lomba seni di masa mendatang. Selain melatih gerakan, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan melestarikan budaya tradisional sekaligus membangun kekompakan antaranggota.
Ekstrakurikuler kesenian MAN 5 Bogor terus berkomitmen untuk mengembangkan potensi siswa dalam bidang seni, khususnya seni tradisional, sebagai bagian dari identitas bangsa. [Humas]
