Parung Panjang – Suasana penuh khidmat menyelimuti Lapangan Kecamatan Parungpanjang, Minggu (17/8/2025), saat ribuan peserta mengikuti Upacara Peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun ke-80 Republik Indonesia. MAN 5 Bogor turut hadir dengan membawa semangat nasionalisme, bergabung bersama unsur pemerintah, pelajar, serta masyarakat se-Kecamatan Parungpanjang.
Momentum bersejarah ini menjadi semakin istimewa bagi MAN 5 Bogor. Usai upacara, rombongan MAN 5 Bogor berhasil menorehkan prestasi membanggakan pada Lomba Gerak Jalan Tingkat Kecamatan dalam rangka memeriahkan HUT RI ke-80 pada hari Kamis 14 Agustus lalu, lomba diikuti oleh 45 regu tingkat umum dan 90 regu tingkat SLTA. Dari enam regu yang dikirimkan, lima di antaranya berhasil meraih juara dengan rincian:
Regu Guru Perempuan – Juara 1, Regu Putera – Juara 1 dan Juara 2 dan Regu Puteri – Juara 1 dan Juara 3.

Capaian ini menunjukkan kekompakan, disiplin, dan semangat kebersamaan seluruh keluarga besar MAN 5 Bogor.
Setelah menerima piala, para peserta bersama guru dan pembina mengabadikan momen dengan foto bersama dan melakukan selebrasi khas MAN 5 Bogor, “MAN 5 JIMAT; Jadi Idola Umat.” Sorak-sorai dan ekspresi kegembiraan tersebut bahkan berhasil menyita perhatian publik yang hadir di sekitar lapangan.
Prestasi ini diharapkan menjadi penyemangat bagi seluruh civitas akademika MAN 5 Bogor untuk terus berkontribusi positif, tidak hanya dalam bidang akademik, tetapi juga dalam kegiatan kokurikuler dan kebangsaan. (Humas)
