Parungpanjang, 8 Desember 2023 - Di akhir pekan minggu kedua menjelang akhir semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2023-2024 ini seluruh unsur yang terlibat dalam hal visualisasi madrasah melalui media sosial resmi madrasah mengadakan rapat koordinasi, evaluasi dan sekaligus membahas strategi yang akan dilaksanakan pada semester genap mendatang.
Rapat koordinasi ini diikuti oleh 30 orang peserta yang terdiri dari wakamad Humas, Tim IT, OSIS, BPH intra dan Ekstra MAN 5 Bogor.
Baca Lainnya : Pada kesempatan itu, Jubaedah selaku wakil kepala madrasah bidang hubungan masyarakat, memperkenalkan tim Humas yang terdiri dari tujuh orang yaitu, tiga orang, satu orang pustakawan, dan tiga orang anggota jurnalis dengan tugas utamanya dalam ke-humasan. Selanjutnya ia memaparkan "peranan media sosial untuk sosialisasi dan visualisasi madrasah ke ruang publik pada era sekarang ini sangatlah penting, karena saat ini ketika ingin mendapatkan informasi tentang apapun hampir semua orang lebih memilih akses ke media sosial dibandingkan datang langsung ke sumbernya, dan kita patut bersyukur karena pimpinan madrasah kita, dalam hal ini Bu Ema Rachmawati sangat memprioritaskan fasilitas untuk digitalisasi madrasah dan salah satunya adalah medodia sosial baik website, instagram, facebook, TikTok dan media sosial lainnya. Dalam kesempatan ini juga saya berharap kita semua bisa berkontribusi positif dan berperan aktif untuk meningkatkan kualitas visualisasi madrasah kita baik dari segi konten maupun tampilan, tentunya melalui bidang masing-masing".
Pada kesempatan sebelumnya, Rizki Romdhoni selaku tim IT yang juga menjabat sebagai pembina ekstrakurikuler jurnalostik menyampaikan beberapa strategi jitu untuk menggunakan media sosial secara efektif, dan beberapa trik untuk meningkatkan jumlah followers dan viewers media sosial.
Acara selanjutnya adalah pelatihan penggunaan website MAN 5 Bogor yang disampaikan oleh Aang, tim IT dan sekaligus pembna ekstra kurikuler robotik. Para peserta tampak antusias mengikuti pelatihan ini dari awal hingga akhir,. Selain diberikan bekal penggunaan website MAN 5 Bogor, para peserta juga diberikan cara membuat berita yang menarik.
