“Memajukan madrasah harus ada komitmen dalam diri kita masing-masing, terutama dimulai dari unsur pimpinan madrasah yang terdiri dari kepala madrasah, para wakil kepala dan kepala tata usaha” demikian kalimat pembuka yang disampaikan Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, Ema Rachmawati dalam rapat rutin terbatas kepala dengan para waka di Ruang Zona Integritas, Jum'at pagi, April 2023.
Rapat pimpinan terbatas yang dipimpin kepala madrasah dihadiri unsur wakil kepala lengkap yaitu Enung Yusi (Waka Kurikulum), Moh Syahlan (Waka Kesiswaan), H. Machfud Siradjuddin (Waka Sarpras) dan Indra Parimarma (Waka Humas).
Kepala madrasah menegaskan bahwa memajukan madrasah bukan sekedar kemauan saja, akan tetapi harus ada itikad yang kuat dalam diri, sehingga apapun permasalahan yang dihadapi akan dapat diselesaikan dengan baik. “Modal kecerdasan tidak cukup untuk memajukan madrasah kalau tidak ada kometmen dalam hati,” tegasnya.
Baca Lainnya : Selanjutnya dalam kesempatan rapat pimpinan terbatas kali ini kepala madrasah juga berharap para wakil kepala solid dan kompak untuk mensukseskan berbagai program madrasah baik yang bersifat jangka pendek, menengah ataupun jangka panjang. Sehingga setidaknya Oktober-Nopember setiap wakil kepala yang membawahi beberapa urusan harus sudah menyelesaikan Rencana Program Kegiatan Tahun Anggaran 2024 berbasis anggaran.
Terakhir, Kepala madrasah menginginkan adanya kesepahaman visi misi, saling sinergi, dan saling mengisi antar satu komponen dengan yang lainnya sehingga langkah kita lebih ringan untuk mewujudkan harapan semua pihak terhadap lembaga MAN 5 Bogor dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan.
Indikator Kinerja Utama dari semua hal tersebut akan terlihat dari output siswa yang aktif dan berprestasi dalam berbagai even akademik dan non akademik dengan tetap mengedepankan kualitas akhlak yang berbasis iman takwa. (Peliput/Notulen : Indra Parimarma)
