Seorang pakar di bidang manajemen, Ibrahim Bafadal (2003: 46), menyatakan bahwa rekrutmen guru merupakan satu aktivitas manajemen yang mengupayakan didapatkannya seorang atau lebih calon guru yang betul-betul potensial untuk mengajar di lembaga pendidikan tertentu.
Berangkat dari teori tersebut, Kepala MAN 5 Bogor, Ema Rachmawati mengemukakan bahwa proses rekrutmen sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan, dan hanya akan dapat diperoleh melalui upaya rekrutmen yang efektif.
Baca Lainnya : Keberhasilan MAN 5 Bogor untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas tidak lepas dari upaya madrasah untuk mengadakan rekrutmen yang baik sehingga menghasilkan satu kelompok pelamar yang memenuhi syarat, baik secara mentalitas, pedagogi, maupun kompetensi pengetahuan sesuai bidangnya.
Jelang berakhirnya Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023, akan ada beberapa guru yang karena satu dan lain hal resign dari MAN 5 Bogor yang segera ditindaklanjuti oleh Manajemen Madrasah untuk melakukan proses rekruitmen. Proses tersebut diawali dengan pengumuman loker melalui medsos, kemudian pelamar mengajukan lamaran secara langsung maupun melalui email.
Proses berikutnya adalah pelamar diminta untuk datang wawancara on de spot. Wawancara dilakukan oleh Waka Kurikulum, Enung Yusi Suswanti di bawah pantauan langsung Kepala Madrasah, Ema Rachmawati. Bagi pelamar yang qualified akan dihubungi menjelang rapat awal tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Semoga dengan proses rekrutmen yang baik akan menghasilkan tersedianya guru yang kompeten dan berkualitas. #infokurikulum
